## Preventative maintenance pricing

Rooftop units and split systems are priced per visit at $200 for the first unit at a site and $149 for each additional unit. Once a site has four or more units, all units at that site price at $149. VRF and exhaust/make-up air equipment are priced separately. Chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and pumps are quoted per machine after a walk-through rather than at a flat per-unit rate. Quoted ranges are budgetary estimates; actual price may be lower or higher depending on unit count per site.
